Rick O'Neal, Director of Sales

Rick O’Neal joined c3controls in January 2017 as Business Development Manager and was promoted to his current position of Director of Sales in August 2017. In this role, Rick is responsible for leading c3controls Global Sales efforts. Rick ONeal - About us page.jpg

With more than 25 years of experience in the Electrical Industry, Rick began his career with Westinghouse Electric and was a graduate of their Sales and Marketing Management Training Program.  He later held a Sales Management position for Massachusetts-based American Superconductor Corporation and led Global Sales efforts as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Technology Research Corporation.  Most recently, Rick was a Regional Vice President for Southwire Company, the largest wire and cable company in the United States.

Rick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois.

Rick is all about his family and loves spending time with his wife Suzy, son Zachary, and daughter Carolyn. He also enjoys coaching. Currently, he is on the staff for the Clearwater Bombers – Mason and the Gaither High School fast pitch softball teams. This follows many years coaching youth football.  Sports and Sales…it’s all about competition!
